The online component allows you to move through the material at your own pace, creating space to revisit, reflect, and integrate.
You will have access to four comprehensive manuals (800+ pages), alongside recorded lectures, readings, and guided assignments. Suggested milestones are provided, with optional discussion forums for those who wish to engage more deeply.

Techniques, Training & Practice (15 hours)
Asana (5 hours): Categories, alignment, benefits, modifications, sequencing
Pranayama & Subtle Body (5 hours): Breathing techniques, bandhas, chakras, koshas
Meditation (5 hours): Dhyana, Dharana, Pratyahara, visualisation, mantra, mudras
Anatomy & Physiology (5 hours)
Anatomy (2 hours): Skeletal and muscular systems, anatomical variation
Physiology (2 hours): Nervous, respiratory, cardiovascular, endocrine systems
Biomechanics (2 hours): Joint movement, planes of motion, injury prevention
Yoga Humanities (25 hours)
History (8 hours): Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Hatha Yoga Pradipika
Philosophy (8 hours): Eight Limbs of Yoga, Shatkarmas, subtle body theory
Ethics (9 hours): Yamas & Niyamas, inclusivity, equity, teaching responsibility
Professional Essentials (15 hours)
Teaching Methodology (5 hours): Sequencing, cueing, class structure
Professional Development (5 hours): Marketing, insurance, career pathways
Practicum (5 hours): Practice teaching, feedback, preparation
Elective Hours (15 hours)
These hours are shaped around your interests or areas requiring further focus.
Options may include advanced asana, philosophy, anatomy, or guided research and reflection.
This part of the training is intentionally self-paced, allowing understanding to unfold gradually rather than all at once.
2. Residential Immersion — Nottingham

The residential immersion brings the learning into lived experience, through shared practice, teaching, and the dynamics of learning in relation to others.

A Day in the Training
Each day moves between practice, study, teaching, and reflection, with space to pause, eat, and integrate.
Weekday Schedule (Monday to Friday)
- 07:30 – 09:30: Practice — Asana and Techniques
- 09:30 – 11:00: Late breakfast break
- 11:00 – 14:00: Study — Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics, with subtle body integration
- 14:00 – 15:30: Lunch break
- 15:30 – 18:00: Applied learning — Teaching Methodology and Professional Practice
- 18:00 – 19:00: Dinner
- 19:00 – 21:00: Practice and integration — Practicum, Meditation, Philosophy
Saturday (lighter day)
- 08:00 – 10:00: Practice
- 11:30 – 13:30: Alignment and workshops
- 15:00 – 17:30: Teaching practice and feedback
Sunday (integration day)
- 08:30 – 10:00: Gentle practice
- 12:30 – 14:00: Yoga Humanities — philosophy and history

Some aspects will make immediate sense, while others take time, often settling somewhere between repetition, rest, and shared experience.
