Level 1

Prasarita Padotanasana

Perfect for beginners or anyone seeking a slower-paced class to reconnect with the fundamentals, our Foundations Yoga sessions offer a welcoming space to build confidence and deepen understanding. These classes are designed to be accessible—no prior strength, flexibility, or experience is required.

Your teachers will guide you through essential yoga postures (asanas), ensuring they are practised safely and with proper alignment. A variety of modifications and alternative options will be offered to suit different bodies and abilities, allowing each student to find their own expression of the pose.

Level 2

Ustrasana

Suitable for those with some experience of Yoga or those who are already fit, healthy and regularly active, these classes are more physically demanding and most people should expect to sweat. Sequences may move at an energising one breath per movement pace to help invigorate your whole system, and/or will build your strength and stamina by holding more challenging poses for longer.

Students will expand on the basics and begin to work towards more advanced asanas (poses) and learn practices such as pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. An awareness of engaging and holding the bandhas will be becoming familiar during asana practice.

Level 3

Eka Pada Raga Kapotasana

Advanced/Intermediate classes are designed for those who have a good understanding of the basic Yoga postures, and would like to further develop their practice in a wider variety of poses and styles. The student understands the relationship between breath and movement.

Creative or dynamic sequencing will provide students with the opportunity to explore more advanced physically demanding asanas, arm balances and inversions. Engaging the three main bandhas will have become a part of the practice by now. Classes will regularly include pranayama, meditation and will touch upon Yoga philosophy. Students will be able to expand and deepen their practice on many levels.
