Sophia Hollis
Sophia started practising yoga a decade ago at university when she followed a friend to yoga class, hoping that it would be a way to manage her anxiety and improve her mental and physical fitness. This began an exciting journey into the world of yoga, where she has had the privilege to learn from many wonderful teachers from various yoga traditions.
Sophia completed 250 hours of teacher training in Vinyasa yoga in 2022. Since then, she has had the pleasure of guiding students in various settings, including studios, community spaces and retreats. Sophia’s teaching style is encouraging and welcoming to people of all ages and physical abilities. She is passionate about connecting students to the rich lineage of yoga and sharing the benefits of this beautiful practice.
