Jennifer
Jennifer is an educator with extensive experience as a teacher, positive psychology practitioner and solution-focused coach. She has a deep passion for yoga and has been practising yoga for over 10 years. Yoga became serious for her during the COVID pandemic, where she practised every day in lockdown. She found yoga restorative, impacting her body and mind. She now has a deep passion for yoga, which she wants to share with others, so she embarked on her yoga teacher training this year in Costa Rica, where she trained in Hatha and applied yoga anatomy and physiology. The training was a transformative advance her realise she wanted to help others cultivate physical, mental and emotional wellbeing through the practice of yoga. She wants to create a safe, supportive environment for students to grow in their practice and feel empowered.
