Alba was born by the sea in Barcelona in the 1980s. After spending more than a decade living in India and England, she has now returned to her hometown, where she shares her experiences and learnings with deep care and intention. From a young age, she was highly intuitive, experiencing early awakenings that she would later come to understand and cultivate in profound, healing ways. Curiosity and a desire for genuine self‑connection have always guided her, leading her through continual cycles of growth and transformation.

Throughout her life, Alba’s intuition helped her navigate diverse experiences, but it also pushed her to question whether she was truly living in alignment with her purpose. She spent over 15 years working in sales, both in management and merchandising. Although she appreciated the opportunities those roles offered, she felt a persistent sense that something essential was missing. That growing feeling of disconnection encouraged her to listen inwardly and focus on what motivated her most deeply: helping others.

Driven by this calling, Alba trained as a psychologist, initially out of curiosity about the workings of the human mind and emotions. This marked the beginning of a long, committed journey of personal growth—a journey she continues to nurture and which remains her greatest source of insight and wisdom.
