Ana Tacus
From a very young age, Ana felt enchanted by the possibilities that yoga could offer to one’s life. Yet it was not until the age of 23—around 2009—that she encountered an authentic yoga school and truly began her journey. At the same time, she stepped into the world of Ayurveda, a path that has continued to shape her understanding of holistic wellbeing.
She completed her 200‑hour Teacher Training with the International Yoga Federation in 2021, followed by a 200‑hour Ayurvedic Practitioner course in 2022. She views yoga as a profoundly holistic practice—far more than physical exercise or asana. For her, yoga is a way of living. It encompasses everything: how we breathe, eat, speak, think, and feel. It invites awareness and intention into every action, encouraging us to choose conscious action rather than unconscious reaction.
Yoga, in her understanding, is a lifelong process of transformation. It offers the wisdom needed to remain aligned with one’s path, cultivating clarity, balance, and meaning. Through its teachings, yoga supports us in seeking the deepest fulfilment possible in this existence.
