Arm Balance & Tricky Transitions Workshop

Workshop Description

Want to develop your arm balance practice and explore creative transitions in your practice?

Well, this workshop will focus on all things upside down and help you build confidence in the world upside down.

Expect to have fun, work on some new tricks and embrace the clumsy side of falling. We will be working on some core arm balances such as handstands, forearm balance and crow variations and then some fun transitions – this will range from jump throughs/jump backs to transitions from one arm balance to another. Good fun!

This workshop is a chance to explore the poses we often tell ourselves we can’t do, we will work on building strength through drills and patience.

This workshop really is open to all – we all find our own ways to move into the poses. I’m here to help you find your way and we will have a good giggle.
